Satolas-et-Bonce is a French commune with 2,419 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; administratively it belongs to the arrondissement of La Tour-du-Pin and is part of the canton of La Verpillière .
geography
Satolas-et-Bonce is located about 28 kilometers east-southeast of Lyon . The canalised Bourbre flows along the eastern edge of the municipality . Satolas-et-Bonce is surrounded by the neighboring communities Colombier-Saugnieu in the north and north-west, Chamagnieu in the east, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier in the south, Grenay in the south-west and Saint-Laurent-de-Mure in the west.
