Colombe is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Burcin in the north, Oyeu in the northeast, Apprieu in the east, Rives in the southeast, Beaucroissant in the south, Izeaux in the southwest, Le Grand-Lemps in the west and Châbons in the northwest.
