Pagazzano is an Italian comune (municipality) in the province of Bergamo . It is also located in Lombardy about 40 km east of Milan and about 20 km south of Bergamo .

Pagazzano borders the municipalities: Bariano , Brignano Gera d'Adda , Caravaggio , Morengo .

Pagazzano already existed in ancient times. Agriculture has always shaped the townscape. A fortress was built in the Middle Ages.
