Berzo San Fermo is an Italian municipality in the province of Bergamo in the Lombardy region with 1397 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

From 1928 to 1947 it was united with Borgo di Terzo , Grone and Vigano San Martino to form the municipality of Borgounito .
