Terno d'Isola is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 8078 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Bergamo in Lombardy .

geography

The municipality is located on the railway line from Bergamo to Milan in the triangle between the Adda and Brembo rivers, about twelve kilometers west of Bergamo.

Attractions

Of particular importance is the church dedicated to Victor of Milan (Vittore il Moro). It was built in the 8th century on an earlier pagan cult site.
