Palosco is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 5778 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Bergamo in Lombardy . The municipality is located on the western bank of the Oglio on Strada Statale 573 from Palazzolo sull'Oglio ( province of Brescia ) to Bergamo . Here the Cherio flows into the Oglio.

The provincial capital is 20 kilometers northwest of Palosco. Milan is about 50 kilometers west of the municipality.
