Morengo is located 20 km south of the provincial capital Bergamo and 40 km east of the metropolis of Milan.

The neighboring municipalities are Bariano , Brignano Gera d'Adda , Caravaggio , Cologno al Serio , Martinengo , Pagazzano and Romano di Lombardia .
