Sainte-Colombe ( Occitan Senta Coloma ) is a southwestern French community with 422 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Libourne and the canton of Les Coteaux de Dordogne (until 2015 Castillon-la-Bataille ). The inhabitants are called Colombins .

Sainte-Colombe is located about 45 kilometers east-northeast of Bordeaux . Sainte-Colombe is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Genès-de-Castillon in the north, Belvès-de-Castillon in the east, Saint-Magne-de-Castillon in the south and Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse in the west.
