Cochituate State Park is a regional day use area principally used for [[boating]], [[windsurfing]], [[fishing]], and [[swimming]]. The majority of the park consists of three sections of [[Lake Cochituate]] and is popular with canoers and kayakers. Boat rentals are available at the park in summer months.
The park offers motor boating, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, [[windsurfing]], [[fishing]], picnicking, and [[human swimming|swimming]].<ref name=friends/> The park encompasses three sections of Lake Cochituate called the North, Middle and South lakes with different restrictions applying to each.<ref name=dcr/> Boat rentals are available in summer. Cochituate State Park is a Massachusetts day-use state park located on Lake Cochituate in the town of Natick. The park is managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
