Altenhof is a place of Radevormwald in the Oberbergischer Kreis in the administrative district of Cologne in North Rhine-Westphalia ( Germany ).

It is located in the northwest of Radevormwald. The neighboring towns are Herkingrade , Sondern , Im Kamp , Fuhr , Önkfeld and Eistringhausen . The place can be reached via the state road  130, which runs from Herkingrade to Ennepetal .

The Heidfeld Bach, which flows into the Eistringhauser Bach, rises in the "Heidfeld" corridor southeast of the village .
