Cazevieille ( Occitan : Casavièlha ) is a French commune with 185 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Languedoc-Roussillon ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Lodève and the canton of Saint-Gély-du-Fesc (until 2015: canton of Les Matelles ).

Cazevieille is located about 18 kilometers north-northwest of Montpellier and borders on Mas-de-Londres in the north and west, Valflaunès in the northeast, Saint-Jean-de-Cuculles in the east, Les Matelles in the south and Viols-en-Laval in the southwest.

In the municipal area is the Pic Saint-Loup at 658 meters
