Le Triadou ( Occitan : Lo Triador ) is a French commune with 462 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitanie region (before 2016: Languedoc-Roussillon ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Lodève and the canton of Saint-Gély-du-Fesc (until 2015: canton of Les Matelles ).

Le Triadou is about 14 kilometers north of Montpellier . Here the Terrieu flows into the Lirou . Le Triadou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Jean-de-Cuculles in the north and north-west, Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers in the north and east, Assas in the east and south-east, Prades-le-Lez in the south and Les Matelles in the west.
