Einville-au-Jard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Serres in the north and northwest, Valhey in the north, Bauzemont in the northeast, Raville-sur-Sânon in the east, Bienville-la-Petite in the southeast, Bonviller in the south, Deuxville in the southwest and Maixe in the West.
