The Satellite Award in the Best Ensemble category honors the most outstanding cast of a television series.
Since 2005 this award has been presented with interruptions in 2008, as well as in 2010 and 2011 as the Satellite Award for Best Ensemble - Television .
The award is always given to the ensemble from a television series from the previous year.
