Cavedine (in the local dialect Cavéden or Cavédem , German outdated: Kavedein ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3016 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Trento in the Trentino-South Tyrol region .

geography

The municipality is located about 13.5 kilometers southwest of Trento in the Valle di Cavedine of the same name and belongs to the valley community Comunità della Valle dei Laghi . In the west, the Lago di Cavedine forms the municipal boundary .

Administrative division
