Tre Ville is an Italian commune with 1395 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Trento ( Trentino-Alto Adige region ). It is part of the valley community Comunità delle Giudicarie .

geography

Tre Ville is a scattered community in the Inner Judicarians on the orographic left side of the valley of the Sarca River on the southern foothills of the Brenta Group . The municipality seat in Ragoli is about 26.5 kilometers west of Trento .

The neighboring municipalities are Bocenago , Borgo Lares , Comano Terme , Dimaro Folgarida , Molveno , Pelugo , Pinzolo , Porte di Rendena , San Lorenzo Dorsino , Spiazzo , Stenico , Tione di Trento and Ville d'Anaunia .

history

The municipality of Tre Ville was created in 2016 from the merger of the previously independent municipalities Montagne , Preore and Ragoli.

Administrative division

In addition to Ragoli (municipality seat), the municipality also includes the fractions or hamlets: Binio, Coltura, Cort, Larzana, Montagne, Palù di Madonna di Campiglio, Pez and Preore.
