Predaia ( Nones : Pradaia ) is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 6668 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Trento , Trentino-Alto Adige region .

With effect from January 1, 2015, the municipalities of Coredo , Smarano , Taio , Tres and Vervò were merged to form the new municipality of Predaia. The parish seat is in Taio.
