Sant'Orsola Terme (in fersentalerischen dialect: Oachbergh , German: Eichberg or St. Urschl ) is a northeastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1,116 inhabitants (December 31, 2019) in Trentino in the region Trentino-Alto Adige . The municipality is located about 14.5 kilometers east-northeast of Trento in the Fersental and belongs to the valley community Comunità Alta Valsugana e Bersntol .

Neighboring communities are Baselga di Pinè , Bedollo , Florutz , Gereut , Palai im Fersental and Pergine Valsugana .

According to the 2011 census, 23.5% of the residents of Sant'Orsola still speak Fersentalerisch , a southern Bavarian dialect. The Fersental is one of the few remaining German- speaking islands in northern Italy.
