Daverio is an Italian commune ( comune ) in the province of Varese in the Lombardy region .

geography

The municipality is located about 6 kilometers southwest of Varese and about 1.5 kilometers from the south shore of Lake Varese . The covers an area of ​​4.02  km² . Daverio includes the Bossa , Buggino , Dobbiate , Marogna , Spazzacamino and Torre fractions . The neighboring municipalities are Azzate , Bodio Lomnago , Casale Litta , Crosio della Valle and Galliate Lombardo .
