The Glaubberg is a pass between the Swiss cantons of Obwalden and Lucerne .

The Glaubberg mountain connects the places Entlebuch and Sarnen , the pass is at 1543  m above sea level. M. The pass road has been completely paved since October 2010. During the winter months, the Glaubbergpassstrasse from Gfellen to Langis is closed. From Sarnen the road to Langis is open all year round. There is a restaurant at the Langis. A cross-country ski run is laid out there in winter.

The Fürstein , the highest peak in the Glaubberg region, can be easily reached on foot from the Glaubbergpass. To the west of the pass is the Wissguber at 1941  m .

The area around the pass is known to be the site of numerous moors . The moorland Glaubenberg is 130 square kilometers, the largest moorland in Switzerland and in the federal inventory of wetlands of special beauty and national importance entered (moorland inventory).

There are several Swiss Army firing ranges on the Glaubberg . Since November 2015, the troop camp on Glaubberg has been used as a federal asylum center.

In the summer months (mid-June to mid-October) and during the ski season, a postbus runs 6 to 8 times a day from Sarnen to Langis. In the summer months, a post bus drives four times at the weekend from Entlebuch over the Glaubberg to Langis.
