List of territorial changes in Saxony in 1995

The list of territorial changes in Saxony 1995 contains changes to municipal areas of the Free State of Saxony in the period from January 1, 1995 to December 31, 1995. These include, among other things, amalgamations and separations of municipalities, integration of municipalities into another, changes in the municipality name and Reclassifications from parts of one municipality to another.

In Saxony there were 41 municipal area changes in 1995, of which 27 were incorporated, two reclassifications, four name changes, five new formations and three amalgamations of municipalities or districts. In 31 of the 41 cases, the municipality still exists after the change , the others were dissolved due to subsequent changes of area.
