The Nissan Lafesta is a 7-seater van built by Nissan for the Asian market. The vehicle was presented on December 2, 2004.

The name is derived from the Italian word festa (dt .: festival) and according to the manufacturer, it should "express the desire to spend a pleasant time in this car with family and friends".

The first generation vehicle has sliding doors on both sides (one of which is electrically powered), Nissan's Intellegent Key System , GPS navigation, a reversing camera and a panoramic roof . The only available engine was a 2.0 liter R4, type MR20DE. There is front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive ; The former has a rear suspension with a torsion bar, the latter has a multi-link rear axle.

The 2007 model year received a minor facelift .

The second generation shares the platform with the second generation of the Mazda5 and therefore also has two sliding doors. It was produced between 2011 and 2017.
