Pouzy-Mésangy is a French municipality with 402 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Moulins and the canton of Bourbon-l'Archambault (until 2015 Lurcy-Lévis ). The inhabitants are called Pouzyquois .

Pouzy-Mésangy is about 28 kilometers northwest of Moulins . Pouzy-Mésangy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Neure in the north and northwest, Le Veurdre in the north and northeast, Limoise in the east, Franchesse in the south and southeast, Saint-Plaisir in the south, Couleuvre in the southwest and Lurcy-Lévis in the west and northwest.
