history

Immert had been part of the Thalfang brand since the 12th century . Due to the turmoil of the French Revolution , the place came under French rule after 1794 and became part of the Kingdom of Prussia in 1815 . Since 1946 the place has been part of the then newly formed state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
