history
Louczka alias Burckersdorf was first mentioned in a message that the Hradian abbot Augustin (1336-1350) left the village to Milota von Chorin for life . On October 27, 1348, the Olomouc chapter bought Matěj von Seničky for 200 pounds from his annual income of 15½ pounds from the villages of Parvo Sienicz , Czakaw ( Cakova ) and Lucka . In 1393 the place was called Birkersdorf and 1399 as Parva Luczka . There is no information about the village from the 15th century, which suggests that the place could have been deserted at the beginning of the Hussite Wars . Further news about Laučka or Laucžka date back to 1502. In 1508 the place Purkartsdorf was called Parva Luczka . Around 1516 the village consisted of ten properties. From 1527 the place was called Malá Loučka . In 1575 the village had grown to 18 properties. In 1589, the Olomouc Metropolitan Chapter sold the village to Wenceslaus Gajowsky von Gaja und Galen ( Václav Gájovskému z Gáje a Galení ), who added it to his rule Chudobin. Through his widow Katharina, the property came to Albrecht Bukuvky von Bukuvka. Other forms of the name were Loučky (1581), Pürckesdorf (1592), Burgersdorf (1614), Lúčka (1626), Lauczka or Purkerdorf (1631), Burksdorf (1636), Burgstorff (1641), Lucka (1672), Lauka (1676) , Lautcžka (1718), Burkersdorf or Luczka (from 1720), Lauczka (1751), Lautzka (1787), Birkersdorf (from 1793), Pirkersdorf or Ločka (from 1798) and Lautschka (from 1846). After the battle of the White Mountain , Adam Bees von Werchels and Rosenberg acquired the rule in 1622 and united it with Vilémov in 1629 . The registers have been kept in Cholina since 1631. Subsequent owners were from 1652 the Olomouc district chief Johann Balthasar Vetter von der Lilie, from 1659 Anna Polyxena Skrbenská von Hříště, from 1661 the Olomouc canon Lorenz Johannes Rudawski ( Laurentio Ioanne Rudawski , Vavřinec Jan Rudawský ), from 1671 from Andreas von Leopold Volčínský 1685 Anna Katharina Leopoldine von Witten and her son Rudolf Christoph Przemysl. The oldest place seal dates from 1672; it shows a rooster and is labeled PECET OBCY LUCZKEY . In the hoof register of 1677, 18 properties are still shown for the place, of which only five were managed. In 1733 Franz Reginald von Andlern inherited the property. In 1744 he sold his land to his subjects as hereditary property. In 1790 the place consisted of 20 houses. In 1802 Franz Xaver Tersch acquired the rule. His son had the new Chudobin Castle built. In 1846, 305 people lived in the 47 houses in the village. Until the middle of the 19th century the village always remained subservient to Chudobin.
After the abolition of patrimonial Loučka / Lautschka formed from 1850 a municipality in the district administration Littau . From 1881 the German name Lauczka was used. In 1900 a dairy cooperative was formed, which opened a dairy in the same year. In 1902 the road to Bílsko was built. In the same year the volunteer fire brigade was founded. In 1912 the school was expanded to include two-class classes. In 1921 the community had 488 inhabitants, in 1930 there were 462. The construction of the connecting road to Slavětín took place between 1923 and 1926. In 1928 the place was electrified. During the German occupation , the village was called Lautschka . In 1960 a large cattle barn was built. After the dissolution of Okres Litovel, the municipality came to Okres Olomouc in 1961 and was incorporated into Bílsko at the same time . In 1980 it was incorporated into Cholina . At the beginning of 1991 Loučka broke away from Cholina and formed its own community. Loučka has had a coat of arms and a banner since 2006.
