The 2002/03 Primeira Liga was the 69th season of the Portuguese top division in men's football. It began on August 22, 2002 and ended on June 1, 2003. All three promoted from the Segunda Liga , Moreirense FC , Académica Coimbra and Nacional Funchal were able to hold the league.

FC Porto became Portuguese champions for the 19th time.
