Santo Antônio de Goiás is a small Brazilian political municipality in the state of Goiás in the mesoregion of Central Goiás and in the Goiânia microregion . It is located southwest of the Brazilian capital Brasília and north of the capital Goiânia . The municipality belongs to the metropolitan area of Goiânia .

- in the northeast at Nerópolis
- in the southeast at Goiânia
- to the west at Goianira
Santo Antônio de Goiás is connected to Goiânia by the state road GO-462 .
In the southwest, the Meia Ponte river marks the border with Goianira.
