Águas Lindas de Goiás is a Brazilian political community and city in the state of Goiás in the mesoregion East Goiás and in the micro-region Entorno de Brasília . It is located west of the Brazilian capital Brasília and northeast of the capital Goiânia . In terms of population, the municipality is the sixth largest, but in terms of area it is the third smallest in Goiás. In 2019, an estimated 212,440 people lived in Águas Lindas de Goiás.
