The municipality of Seppois-le-Haut in Sundgau is located 13 kilometers south of Altkirch in the Largue valley , five kilometers from the Swiss border.

history

The place was first mentioned in writing in the 13th century. It belonged to the County of Ferrette until the Peace of Westphalia .

During the First World War in 1916 the place through which the front ran was almost completely destroyed. The reconstruction lasted until 1930.
