The Kaspersky Riga Masters 2019 was a snooker tournament of the Main Tour - 2019/20 season , which was held from July 26th to 28th in the Arena Riga in Latvia . For the sixth time in a row, a tournament for world ranking points took place in the Latvian capital.

The winner was the Chinese Yan Bingtao , who won the final 5: 2 against the Englishman Mark Joyce and thus took his first rankings title.

Due to a canceled flight from London Luton Airport on the eve of the tournament, some players were unable to be there on time. Defending champion Neil Robertson from Australia was also affected by this.

The premium for the highest final break rose from € 2,000 to € 5,000, but the “Rolling 147 Prize” for maximum breaks was dropped .
