Salles is located around 25 kilometers north-northwest of Albi am Cérou . Salles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Ségur in the north and east, Monestiés in the east, Virac in the south and south-east, Livers-Cazelles in the south-west and Saint-Marcel-Campes in the west.
