The tour of the Australian national cricket team to South Africa in the 2008/09 season took place from February 20 to April 17, 2009. The international cricket tour was part of the 2008/09 international cricket season and included three test matches , five ODIs and two Twenty20s . Australia won the Test series 2-1 while South Africa won the ODI series 3-2 and the Twenty20 series 2-0.
