Cormeilles is a French municipality with 421 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Beauvais and is part of the Communauté de communes de l'Oise Picarde and the canton of Saint-Just-en-Chaussée .

geography

The municipality is located on the plateau of the Picard plateau around ten kilometers east-northeast of Crèvecœur-le-Grand . The municipality is traversed in the east by a section of the Chaussée Brunehaut system , which runs essentially parallel to the A16 autoroute and probably follows the Roman road from Amiens to Beauvais .
