Monts is a French commune with 166 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Beauvais and is part of the Communauté de communes des Sablons and the canton of Chaumont-en-Vexin .

The community with the hamlet of Gypseuil is located south of the Canal de Marquemont , which belongs to the Troësne river system , north of an altitude level, around eight kilometers west-southwest of Villeneuve-les-Sablons .
