Hécourt is a French municipality with 155 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Beauvais and is part of the Communauté de communes de la Picardie Verte and the canton of Grandvilliers .

geography

The municipality is located on the border with the Normandy region around six kilometers north of Gournay-en-Bray in the Picardy part of the Pays de Bray on the Ruisseau des Rieux stream , a tributary of the Epte . The district of Haincourt and the group of houses Les Avoines belong to it.

history

The parish broke away from the neighboring parish of Saint-Quentin-des-Prés in 1932 .
