The rural commune lies on the border with the Somme department on the Selle (Celle) river. The abandoned railway line from Amiens to Beauvais , which was dismantled in this section, ran through them . The farmstead La Malmaison towards Lavacquerie is than the old Leprosenhaus viewed the community.
