It is bypassed in the north by Route nationale 31 (European route E46) from Rouen to Reims, which has been developed as an expressway . The Trye, a small left tributary of the Thérain, flows through the south of the municipality; There are also various wetlands here (Grand Marais, Petit Marais, Marais des Cent Mines with former gravel pits), some of which are now used for growing watercress . The railway line from Rochy-Condé to Soissons is still available as far as Bresles, but abandoned to the east.
