Talmontiers is a French municipality with 683 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Beauvais and is part of the Communauté de communes du Pays de Bray and the canton of Grandvilliers .

geography

The municipality is located on the former Route nationale 15 from Gisors to Gournay-en-Bray about ten kilometers south-southwest of Saint-Germer-de-Fly and 4.5 kilometers north-northwest of Sérifontaine on the eastern bank of the Epte , which here forms the border with the Eure department and to the Normandy region , and whose course on the western bank follows the railway line from Paris to Dieppe . The Amécourt - Talmontier stop in the neighboring municipality of Amécourt is currently not served. The parish includes the hamlets of Les Landes and Domaine de Gueulancourt.
