The Gambrinus League 2002/03 was the tenth season of the top Czech division in football . It was held from July 24, 2002 to May 31, 2003 with a winter break from November 19, 2002 to February 14, 2003.

16 teams played against each other twice over a total of 30 match days, divided into a first half and a second half.

Two game days before the end of the season, Sparta Prague secured the championship title for the eighth time. Together with the runner-up Slavia Prague , they qualified for the Champions League . Cup winners FK Teplice and FK Viktoria Žižkov played in the UEFA Cup . Slovan Liberec , 1. FC Brno and 1. FC SYNOT started in the UI-Cup .

Bohemians Prague 1905 and FC Hradec Králové were relegated to the Druhá fotbalová liga .
