Sérigné is a French municipality with 974 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the canton of La Châtaigneraie (until 2015 canton of L'Hermenault ) in the Arrondissement Arrondissement Fontenay-le-Comte . It borders on L'Hermenault to the north-west, Marsais-Sainte-Radégonde to the north, Bourneau to the north-east, Pissotte to the east and south-east , Longèves to the south and Petosse to the south-west .
