Mouzeuil-Saint-Martin is a western French municipality with 1216 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire . Mouzeuil-Saint-Martin belongs to the arrondissement Fontenay-le-Comte and the canton Luçon (until 2015: canton L'Hermenault ). The inhabitants are called Mouzeuillais .

Mouzeuil-Saint-Martin is located about 42 kilometers southeast of La Roche-sur-Yon in the Vendée countryside . Mouzeuil-Saint-Martin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pouillé in the north, Petosse in the northeast, Le Langon in the east and southeast, Chaillé-les-Marais in the south, Nalliers in the west and Saint-Étienne-de-Brillouet in the northwest.
