Thouarsais-Bouildroux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bazoges-en-Pareds in the north, Saint-Maurice-le-Girard in the northeast, Saint-Sulpice-en-Pareds in the east, Cezais in the southeast, Saint-Cyr-des-Gâts in the south, Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salle in the west and south-west and La Caillère-Saint-Hilaire in the north-west.
