Mouilleron-Saint-Germain is a French commune in the department of Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement Fontenay-le-Comte is part of the canton of La Châtaigneraie . The inhabitants are called Mouilleronais-Germinois .
Mouilleron-Saint-Germain was formed as a commune nouvelle on January 1, 2016 from the municipalities of Mouilleron-en-Pareds and Saint-Germain-l'Aiguiller . The seat of today's municipality is in the district of Mouilleron-en-Pareds.

geography
Mouilleron-Saint-Germain is about 25 kilometers north of the city center of Fontenay-le-Comte . The Vendée crosses the commune. Mouilleron-Saint-Germain is surrounded by the neighboring communities Tallud-Sainte-Gemme in the north and north-west, Réaumur in the north and north-east, Cheffois in the east, Saint-Maurice-le-Girard in the south and south-east and Bazoges-en-Pareds in the west and Southwest.
