Saint-Juire-Champgillon is a French municipality with 408 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Fontenay-le-Comte and the canton of La Châtaigneraie (until 2015: canton of Sainte-Hermine ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Juiriens .

Saint-Juire-Champgillon is located about 31 kilometers east-southeast of La Roche-sur-Yon on the Smagne , which forms the southern municipal boundary. Saint-Juire-Champgillon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chantonnay in the north, La Jaudonnière in the northeast, Saint-Martin-Lars-en-Sainte-Hermine in the east, La Chapelle-Thémer in the southeast, Thiré in the south, and Sainte-Hermine in the west Southwest and La Réorthe to the west and northwest.
