Menomblet is a French commune with 664 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Vendée department in the Pays de la Loire region ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Fontenay-le-Comte and the canton of La Châtaigneraie . The inhabitants are called Menomblais .
geography
Menomblet is about 55 kilometers east of La Roche-sur-Yon . The Lay flows along the southern municipal boundary . Menomblet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montournais in the north and west, Saint-André-sur-Sèvre in the north and north-east, La Forêt-sur-Sèvre in the east, Saint-Pierre-du-Chemin in the south and Réaumur in the south-west.
