Location and description
Heesfelder Hammer is located 285 meters above sea level at the confluence of the Bräumke and Hälver rivers in northeast Halver on the L868 state road . Neighboring towns are Steinbach , In der Hälver , Bruch , Mittelcarthausen , Carthausen and Lömmelscheid , as well as Heesfeld and the Heesfelder Mühle , which can be reached via an access road from the town.
