Lussac is about 32 kilometers northeast of Angoulême . Lussac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Claud in the north, Nieuil in the northeast, Suaux in the east, Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure in the south and Cellefrouin in the west and north-west.
