Aussac-Vadalle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nanclars in the north, Val-de-Bonnieure in the northeast, Coulgens in the east, Jauldes in the southeast, Tourriers in the south, Villejoubert and Saint-Amant-de-Boixe in the west and southwest and Maine-de- Boixe in the northwest.
