Saint-Laurent-de-Ceris is a French municipality with 778 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Charente in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Confolens and the canton Charente-Bonnieure (until 2015 Saint-Claud ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Laurentais .

Saint-Laurent-de-Céris is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Coutant in the north and north-west, Ambernac in the north and north-east, Terres-de-Haute-Charente with Roumazières-Loubert in the east and south-east, Saint-Claud in the south and south-west, Le Grand-Madieu in the west and Le Vieux-Cérier in the north-west.
