Parzac Town Hall (Mairie)

Parzac is a French municipality with 140 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Charente in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Confolens and the canton Charente-Bonnieure (until 2015 Saint-Claud ). The inhabitants are called Parzacois .

Parzac is about 38 kilometers northeast of Angoulême . Parzac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Turgon in the north, Le Grand-Madieu in the east and northeast, Saint-Claud in the southeast, Cellefrouin in the south and southwest and Beaulieu-sur-Sonnette in the west.
